As the Director of the Elect's Academy of Excellence LLC, I'm proud of our staff members. We have teachers with a heart for God and a love for all people. Some of the most important characteristics of our teachers would be their enthusiasm and passion for children. Our staff wants to make a difference in each and every child. Our teachers have the drive to unlock every child's door to learning and creativity while helping them overcome any obstacles they may have. Working with young children all day takes huge measures of patience. Every child is different, depending on their age some young children are difficult, have short attention spans, and little self-control. Fortunately, after a long, tiring day full of challenges, our teachers welcome each day with God's grace. A patient nature, combined with a sense of humor, helps teachers take the ups and downs of every day in stride while focusing on the end goals. Our staff hold degree's in childhood development, child psychology and theology which has qualified them to embrace the responsibility to study the word of God for full knowledge and understanding. Enhancing their knowledge to teach our children at the highest level of academic accuracy. As we do this each day, every element of our teaching becomes professionally perfected allowing our students to achieve a higher standard of learning. Mr. Curtis Bryan Jr. is the financing manager for the school's financial growth and long-term goals. Mr. Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Finance and is a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. Mr. Bryan strives to ensure that our parents who are on a budget or are suffering from a financial struggle are accommodated. Mr. Bryan believes that EAE will change the world.
Ms. Chelsia Bryan is the owner of Sequoya Marketing and has over fourteen years of experience in business administration and marketing. Chelsia has been with the Elects Academy of Excellence since its inception. Chelsia has been vital to the growth of the school and is a believer. Chelsia also holds a B.S. degree in Marketing, Business Management, and Psychology and believes in the healthy development of our student's young minds.
Niyah Brewer's an assistant teacher for the k-3 /4 students at the Elect's Academy of Excellence. She is a dedicated, teacher highly recommended to teach young students. She has over 2 years of experience working with children. Niyah has a passion for the word of God and has made it her personal mission to aid every child in reaching their goals and full potential.
